Man arrested on drug charges after Columbia, KY traffic stop 19 year old faces multiple charges By Ofc. Joshua Brockman, Public Affairs Officer Columbia Police Department, Chief Jason Cross On Wednesday February 13, 2013, at approximately 4:30pmCT. Columbia Police Officer Brad Scholl conducted a traffic stop on a Blue 2000 Chevrolet pickup located on Jamestown Street in the limits of Columbia. As a result of the stop 19 year old Joshua Dial was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree ( Heroin) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
