Roger Lynn Williamson, 68 Knob Lick, KY (d. Feb. 10, 2013)

He was a member of a prominent North Metcalfe County, KY family. He was the son of the late Lonnie and Jewell Johnson Williamson. His wife, Linda Rutherford Williamson, survives. He leaves six direct living descendants. He was retired from Ford Motor Company and a member of the Center Church of Christ.

Roger Lynn Williamson age 68 of Knob Lick, KY, died Sunday, February 10, 2013 at his home.

Funeral services will be held 1pmCT/2pmET, Wednesday, February 13, 2013, at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY, with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be 5pm-8pmCT until Tuesday, February 12, 2013, and after 9amCT, Wednesday at the funeral home.



He is survived by his wife Linda Rutherford Williamson, and the following:
  • Two sons: Randal Williamson and Joel Williamson (April) all of Georgetown, KY

  • One daughter Cindy Pearce (Bob) of Lexington, KY

  • One brother: Wallace (Susan) Williamson of NC

  • Three grandchildren; Ashley Williamson of Louisville, KY; and Matthew Williamson and William Pearce both of Lexington, KY

  • One uncle: Leonard Johnson of Glasgow, KY

  • And his mother in law: Nadine Rutherford of Horse Cave, KY
Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY in charge of arrangements.
