Ann asks citizens to help a fellow Adair Countian at time of need

From County Judge Executive Ann Melton
I am writing on behalf of Martha Lacy of Independence Ridge Road in the lower end of Adair County. I was recently contacted by Ms Phyllis Sparks about Martha's condition, in her quest to get help with improvements to Ms Lacy's porch and steps. Recently, she underwent a double mastectomy, and was diagnosed with cancer. Martha will have to undergo numerous treatments for the cancer. Martha's porch and steps are in a very sad state of repair. A contractor estimated that it would take approximately $600 to repair the porch and steps.

I hope you will join me in my mission to raise $600 for the improvements of Martha' porch and steps. Donations can be made at Adair County Judge Executive Ann Melton's Office, 424 Public Square, Ste 1, Columbia KY 42728. Questions can be directed to my office: 270-384-4703 or Mrs. Phyllis Sparks: 270-634-2073.

I thank you in advance for considering our request for donations toward Ms Martha Lacy's porch and steps. Together, we can make her live much easier and safer.
Ann Melton, Judge Executive
