Two Campbellsville Elementary School students detained .38 caliber handgun, fold out knives found in students' backpacks From Larry Smith, The Big Dawg FM 99.9 Campbellsville Police detained two juvenile students at Campbellsville Elementary School, 230 W Main Street, Campbellsville, KY, after acting on a report that a juvenile possibly possessed a handgun. During the investigation police recovered a .38 caliber handgun and two fold-out style knives from two students' backpacks. The incident occurred Friday, February 8, 2013. The investigation is ongoing with possible charges pending.
