Deputy Nick Bertram arraigned; pleads not guilty on all charges By Larry Smith, The WAVE, 92.7 FM Russell County Deputy Sheriff Nick Bertram, 26, Jamestown, pled not guilty to all charges at his arraignment in Russell County Circuit Court yesterday, Monday, February 4, 2013. Bertram was arrested exactly one month ago, on Friday, January 4, 2013, after a state police reported an investigation found evidence leading to charges, according to the Kentucky State Police news bulletin of: "Burglary 3rd Degree, Official Misconduct, and Tampering with Physical Evidence, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The investigation was led by Detective Ricky Brooks of KSP Post 15, Columbia, KY. See Related:
