Wellie Paul Grant case motion to be heard Wednesday

The motion to alter, amend or vacate filed by Commonwealth Attorney, Gail Lyndon Williams, regarding the release of defendant, Wellie Paul Grant, is scheduled to be heard in Adair Circuit Court on Wednesday, February 6, 2013, at 9amCT/10amET, by Judge James Boling.

The filing of the motion by Attorney Williams stems from Judge Boling’s January 11th order finding {Mr. Grant} incompetent to stand trial, and the immediate release upon a $100,000 unsecured bond.
