Barney Janes elected President of Adair Cattlemen

Day and Day receives Cattlemen's Appreciation Award; Grider Farms receives Cattlemen of the Year award.

News from the Adair Cattlemen

Barney Janes was elected President of Cattlemen's Association at its meeting January 28, 2013. Janes will succeed Barry Smith in the post.

Other Officers elected at the 2013 Cattlemen's Association Annual Meeting were as follows: President- Barney Janes; Vice-President- Jason Grider; Secretary - Danny Propes; and Treasurer- Teresa Bright. Directors are: Danny Burris, Troy Grider, John Ballou, Larry Burton, and John Pike.

Grider Farms received the Cattlemen of the Year Award. Accepting the award for Grider Farms were Jason Grider and Ronnie Grider.

Day & Day Feed and Pet was presented the Appreciation Award. Accepting the award were Julie and Gary Day.
