Celebrating the Best, a tribute to Tim Best, at Barn Lot

By Patty Rush Jones

Barn Lot Theater, 207 South Main, Edmonton, KY 42129, will be hosting Celebrating the Best, a tribute to the founder of Barn Lot Theater Tim Best, on Sunday, February 10, 2013 at 2pmCT.

This will be a time for friends, family, former students, and all who knew and loved Tim to come together to honor and remember the man who touched so many of our lives. There will be an unveiling and dedication of a portrait of Tim that was commissioned by Barn Lot Theater.

In addition, the theater staff invites those who wish and will to participate in the program by sharing their talent that Tim so lovingly nurtured over the years. I This is the opportunity so many of you have spoken of to share what Tim discovered in you with others.

I can think of no better way to honor the man we all loved so dearly. If you wish to sing, play, perform, or speak at the event (and we hope you will) please contact Shane Chambers-Ennis at Barn Lot Theater. She may be reached at 270-432-2276 or barnlottheater@yahoo.com. - Patty Rush Jones
