Ann Melton takes over as chair of Lake Cumberland ADD Adair County Judge Executive Ann Melton, Columbia, KY is the new chair of the Lake Cumberland Area Development District. She assumed the role Thursday, January 24, 2013, at the district's regular January meeting. Yvette Haskins, Campbellsville, KY, is the new vice chair. She was formerly secretary. Campbellsville Mayor Tony Young is the new secretary. He was formerly treasurer. Pulaski County CJE Barty Bullock is the new treasurer. The Lake Cumberland ADD serves 10 counties, Adair, Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, Green, McCreary, Pulaski, Russell and Wayne Counties. Its offices are at 2384 Lakeway Drive, Russell Springs, KY 42642.
