Russell County injury collision on KY 379 Vehicle overturns after dropping off embankment By TFC Wm. Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY RUSSELL SPRINGS, KY (2013-01-23) - Trooper Adam Likins is investigating a collision that occurred today at 4:15pmCT, 3 miles south of Russell Springs on KY 379. The collision occurred when a 2007 Chevy, operated by 16-year-old Emily York of Russell Springs, was traveling south on KY379. York's vehicle dropped off of the southbound side of the roadway, struck the embankment of the ditchline which caused the vehicle to overturn before coming to final rest on a fence.
