Adair Co. Middle School top FPS team at District Governor's Cup

The Adair County Middle School competed in the District 45 Governor's Cup competition in Green County Saturday, January 19, 2013, earning the following Awards:
  • Hume Sportsmanship Award team winner; accepting trophy, Destiny Price.
  • Future Problem Solving 1st place - Wes Stone, Ben Hancock, Natalie Taylor, Lauren McQuaide
  • Arts & Humanities - 5th place, Collin Dykes
  • Social Studies - 3rd place, Dylan Pendleton
  • Social Studies - 4th place, Grant Cockerham
  • Science - 3rd place, Emery Bosela
  • Science 5th place - Collin Dykes
These students will compete in regional competition next Saturday, February 2, 2013. (Location and time, with full Event details, will be announced later).

Team members are: Justin Butler, Dylan Pendleton, Susan Spinks, Carah Hatcher, CJ Bonifer, Gabe Cowan, Collin Dykes, Ben Hancock, Grant Cockerham, Destiny Price, Wes Stone, and Natalie Taylor. - Sherry Stotts
