His grandfather, Clifton Yarberry, saw bear on hill above Coffey Hole Floren Morrison writes: Yes, that would be little Clifty creek just before it runs into Russell Creek at the Sam Coffey Swimming H ole.I was raised at the top of the hill and spent alot of time at the Coffey Hole. Also, as far as the bear story, back in 1962 my grandfather, Clifton Yarberry saw a bear at the top of the hill overlooking Russell creek.
