20 Adair Countians graduate from Lindsey Wilson, Dec. 2012 By Travis Smith News from Lindsey Wilson College COLUMBIA, KY - Twenty Adair County residents recently graduated from Lindsey Wilson College. The 20 area residents were among 381 students who received undergraduate or graduate degrees at the college's 92nd commencement ceremony, held December 11, 2012 in Biggers Sports Center. The ceremony was LWC's eighth winter commencement, and it was the largest winter commencement ceremony held at the college. The 20 area residents who received degrees from Lindsey Wilson were:
Conway received an honorary doctorate from the college's faculty and board of trustees. Also receiving an honorary doctorate was former LWC professor and vice president George Kolbenschlag. - TRAVIS SMITH Founded in 1903, Lindsey Wilson is a distinctive liberal arts college affiliated with the Kentucky Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church. Lindsey Wilson offers a bachelor of arts degree in 23 career areas, a bachelor of science degree in two areas, and master's degrees in three career areas.
