10-class foster, adoptive parent course starts March 28, 2013 At Elmhurst Plaza, Campbellsville, KY For those who are up to the challenge of becoming a foster or adoptive challenge, the Kentucky Department of Community Based Services, 1327 E. Broadway, Campbellsville, KY (in the Elmhurst Plaza), will be offering a series of 10 classes, beginning March 28, 2013. Classes are three hours each, 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET. The classes are free.
