Campbellsville PD initiates death investigation Woman found inside Brookside Cemetery, unconscious and unresponsive; Deputy Coroner later pronounced her dead at the scene. Investigation ongoing, but no foul play suspected From Campbellsville, KY Police Department The Campbellsville Police Department initiated a death investigation on Friday, January 4, 2013, upon receiving a report of an unknown person found lying inside the Brookside Cemetery. The person was reported to be unconscious and unresponsive. Officer Ben Riggs responded along with members of the Campbellsville - Taylor County Emergency Medical Services and Campbellsville Fire & Rescue. The unconscious person was examined and determined to be deceased. The Taylor County Coroner's Office was notified and Deputy Coroner Judy Dabney arrived on the scene and pronounced the person deceased. The unresponsive female was identified as Teresa Druin, age 50, of Campbellsville. The incident remains under investigation and is classified as a Death Investigation. No foul play is suspected.
