Stolen property recovered from rental storage site

Columbia Police Ofc. Johnny Dial arrests 30 year old Simon Turner, charging him with receiving stolen property over $500. Investigation continues

On Friday, December 28, 2012, at 3:04pmCT, a search warrant was executed by Columbia Police Department at Franklin Storage Units located on Hudson street in the limits of Columbia, KY.

The search yielded the recovery of stolen property valued at over $1,000 dollars.



As a result of the search warrant 30 year old Simon Turner was arrested and charged with Receiving Stolen Property Over $500.00.

The arrest was made by Ofc. Johnny Dial who was assisted by several CPD officers and the Adair County Sheriff's Department. Ofc. Dial is continuing the investigation. Ofc.
