BELOW FREEZING TEMPERATURES AND WIND CHILL VALUES RANGING FROM THE MID TEENS TO LOW TWENTIES IN SOUTH-CENTRAL KENTUCKY ARE EXPECTED THROUGH MID MORNING. THESE TEMPERATURES COULD CAUSE REFREEZING ON AREA ROADWAYS...ESPECIALLY UNTREATED SURFACES. "
