Adair Co. School Finance District Finance Corporation to meet

Adair County School District Finance Corporation There will be a special meeting of the Adair County School District Finance Corporation on Thursday, December 13, 2012 in concert with the regular meeting of the Adair County Board of Education (approximately 6:50pmCT). The meeting will be held at the Central Office of the District. The purpose of the meeting is to consider adopting a resolution authorizing the issuance of refunding revenue bonds for school building purposes.

Agenda items are as follows:

  2. Confirm Officers
  3. Consider Resolution for Refunding Revenue Bonds
  4. Adjourn
The Adair County School Board meets at 7pmCT, each third Thursday, at the Board Conference Room, lower level, 1204 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY. Adair County Board of Education: Chairman Floyd Burton (Division 4) Members Open (Division 1); Marsha Walker (Division 2), Joseph Payne, (Division 3). Mike Harris (Division 5)
