The National Weather Service in Louisville, KY, has issued the following forecast for Columbia, KY. This forecast Updated on 10 Dec 2012, 3:15amCT/4:15amET, NWS, Louisville, KY

Overnight - Showers and possibly a thunderstorm. Low around 55. Southwest wind around 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

Monday - Rain, possibly mixed with snow, mainly before 2pm. Temperature falling to around 39 by 5pm. Northwest wind 6 to 13 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

Monday night - A 20 percent chance of snow before 8pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 28. West wind 5 to 9 mph.
