COLUMBIA, KY - More than 100 Lindsey Wilson College students, staff, faculty and guests gathered in the Roberta D. Cranmer Dining & Conference Center to watch the LWC women's soccer team beat Olivet Nazarene (Bourbonnais, Illinois) University 3-2 Saturday night, December 1, 2012, to win the NAIA national championship. The Blue Raiders will return to Columbia Sunday night. - Duane Bonifer

Lindsey Wilson College fans celebrate Elisha Fry’s first-half goal to tie the Saturday night, December 1, 2012, NAIA title match 2-2 against Olivet Nazarene (Bourbonnais, IL.) University. The Blue Raiders scored one more goal in the second half to win the match 3-2 and claim the program’s third NAIA national title. - Duane Bonifer. (A big Columbia/Adair County welcome home for the heroines is planned for this evening.)
