Janice Faye Young, age 53 of Edmonton, KY, died Monday, November 19, 2012 at her home.

Funeral services will be held 11amCT, Thursday, November 22, 2012, at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY, with burial in the Ennis Cemetery at Knob Lick, KY. Visitation will be 4pm-8pmCT, Wednesday, November 21, 2012, and after 9amCT, Thursday at the funeral home.



She was the daughter of the late Raymond and Susie Ennis and a member of the Locust Grove Baptist Church.

She was a former employee of CB Foods in Edmonton.

She is survived by her husband Glen Young, and the following:
  • Three step daughters: Leticia Young and Jessica Young of Tompkinsville, KY; and Danielle Young of Tennessee.

  • Four brothers: Jimmy, Wesley and Wendell Ennis all of Edmonton, KY: and Dalton Ennis of Knob Lick, KY

  • Three sisters: Lena Hayes of Cave City, KY; andEllen Bowles and Donna Jewell both of Edmonton, KY

  • Nine step grandchildren

  • And several nieces and nephews also survive
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Don and Wayne Ennis.

The Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY, in charge of arrangements.
