Arts Scene: 1) Magic Flute at CU. 2) Glasgow Musicale program In addition to some special church events, homecomings, and gospel singings in CM Events today, there are two very special fine arts programs Click on photo for more on Glasgow Musicale, "Written in the Stars." Today, Sunday, November 18, 2012, is a big day in arts in the area. The Glasgow Musicale presents "Written in the Stars," and Campbellsville University presents a two act opera, W.A. Mozart's "The Magic Flute." Those who support the growing art scene in South Central Kentucky do have to choose. Both Glasgow Musicale and Campbellsville University had notable representations at the never-to-be-forgotten Lindsey Wilson presentation of Midori at the Columbia Christian Church and contributed greatly to the packed venue for the event on Friday, October 19, 2012.
