Christopher P. Gribbins arrested, charged with murder Murder of David P. Litsey at Raywick Bar & Grill: Gribbins also charged with Assault 2nd growing out of a separate incident just prior to shooting. Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY LEBANON, KY - 46-year-old Christopher P. Gribbins was arrested Saturday, November 10th at 12:07amET, and charged with the Murder of David Litsey. He was arrested, without incident, at his residence on Dangerfield Road in Larue County. The on-going investigation into the Murder also led to Gribbins being charged with Assault 2nd Degree stemming from the assault of 22-year-old Phillip J. Franklin of Springfield, KY. The assault was a separate incident that occurred prior to the shooting outside the rear of the same bar. 48-year-old Michael Gibson of Raywick was arrested on Friday, November 9, 2012 at 10:51pmET and was charged with Assault 2nd Degree and Terroristic Threatening in connection to the assault of Phillip J.
