CAUD BOIL WATER ADVISORY: 9:50amCT, Nov. 5, 2012/Bomar Hts area This CAUD Boil Water Advisory Lifted for Bomar Heights customers at 1:37pmCT, Tuesday, November 6, 2012 (Received at 9:53amCT - Posted 09:59amCT - A boil water advisory has been issued at 9:30amCT, Monday, November 5, 2012, for these customers of the Columbia/Adair Utilities District (CAUD): from 516 Bomar Heights to 609 Bomar Heights, Allen Street and Curry Street.The advisory has been issued due to a main line break. Following such an event, the potential exists for bacteriological contamination of the water supply therefore this Boil Water Advisory has been issued as a precautionary measure.Until further notice, boil all water used for drinking and cooking, bringing the water to a rolling boil for three minutes before using. This advisory will remain in effect until the situation has been corrected and test results have shown the water to be of an acceptable quality.
