Mr. Jerry W. Koger, age 61, of Pulaski County, Kentucky, formerly of Albany, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, October 27, 2012, at the St. Joseph Hospital East in Lexington, KY.

Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday, October 30, 2012, in the chapel of Campbell-New Funeral Home, 115 North Cross Street, Albany, KY, with Bro. Dennis Walker officiating. Burial was in the Central Grove Cemetery.

He was born in Albany, Clinton County, Kentucky on Wednesday, February 7, 1951 the son of the late Jesse and Etta Davis Koger. He died Saturday, October 27, 2012, in Lexington, Fayette County, KY, at the age of 61 years, 8 months, and 18 days.

He was of the Church of Christ Faith.

He is survived by the following:
  • His brothers and sister, Gary (and Karen) Koger, of Albany, Kentucky; Joe (and Helen) Koger, of Richmond, Kentucky; Janice (and Buster) Earnest, of Richmond, Kentucky

  • His half sisters: Wanda Lee (and Ceola) Sloan, of New Castle, Indiana; Kathleen King, of Denison, Texas: Anna (and Larry) Cox, of New Castle, Indiana

  • His nieces and nephews: Andrea Hunt, Ashley Adams, Sarah Mathis, Jamie White, Chris Brown, Patrick Brown, Michael Brown and Steve Koger
Professional service provided by Campbell-New Funeral Home, 115 North Cross Street, Albany, KY.
