Hazardous Weather Advisory issued at 4:01amET, Thursday, November 1, 2012 "...FREEZE WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EDT /8 AM CDT/ THIS MORNING... THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL INDIANA AND CENTRAL KENTUCKY.. .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT. FREEZING TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED THROUGH MID MORNING. A HARD FREEZE IS POSSIBLE IN RURAL AREAS...ESPECIALLY VALLEY AND LOW LYING AREAS. TEMPERATURES WILL DROP INTO THE UPPER 20S IN MANY LOCATIONS. THE WARMEST LOCATIONS WILL BE THE FAR NORTHEASTERN BLUEGRASS REGION AND URBAN LOUISVILLE."
