19th Annual LWC Safe Halloween welcomes 715 children

COLUMBIA, KY - A total of 715 area children and their family members participated in Lindsey Wilson College's 19th-annual "Safe Halloween," held Tuesday night in the college's residence halls.

Sponsored by the college's residence life and student activities offices, children toured six residence halls whose themes included E.B. White's Charlotte's Web, Roald Dahl's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, L. Frank Baum's The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, C.S. Lewis' The Chronicles of Narnia and a ward of psychopathic serial killers.
