Governor Steve Beshear appoints the man he defeated for governor in 2010 by a vote of 464,24-294,034, Senator David Williams, Burkesville, KY, to be Circuit Judge for Kentucky's 40th judicial circuit, which includes Monroe, Clinton, and Williams home, Cumberland County - CM
