Funeral services for Donna Sue Lewis Melton will be conducted on Saturday October 20, 2012 at 1pmCT in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home, 601 N. Main Street, Burkesville, Ky. Burial will follow in the Smith Grove Cemetery. The family requests visitation after 10amCT, on Friday, October 19, 2012 until time of service on Saturday. Donna Sue Lewis Melton, 60, Burkesville, KY (1952-2012) She was born on Thursday, May 8, 1952 in Clinton County, Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late Jimmy and Ruby Jewell Radford Lewis. She died Wednesday, October 17, 2012, in Burkesville, Cumberland County, KY, at the age of 60 years, 5 months, and 12 days. She was a member of Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ, Spencer Street, and a home health aide for Family Home Health. In addition to her parents, Jimmy and Ruby Jewell Radford Lewis she was preceded in death by her husband, Harve O'dell Melton, her brother, James Walter Lewis, her sister and brother-in-law, Mary Helen and Bobby Thrasher, her son-in-law, Kenny Lee Sizemore, and her pastor, Bro.
