Check out Kentucky Treasury. Then click on Treasure Finders and Adair County to see the list of names of people who have unclaimed property. If you are on the list, come by and the folks from Todd Hollenbach's office at the Kentucky State Treasury will help you with the paperwork necessary to claim your property.
