KSP arrests man after shots fired at neighbor's house Vine Grove, KY, man said that after drinking a few beers, he decided to retaliate for dispute two or three years ago. Police say he fired several shotgun rounds at the neighbor's house. He was arrested on a Wanton Endangerment charge and lodged in the Meade County Detention Center By MTPR Norman Chaffins, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 4, Elizabethtown, KY ELIZABETHTOWN, KY - On Tuesday, October 17, 2012 at approximately 2:53pmET, KSP Post 4 Troopers responded to 450 Ditto Lane in Vine Grove in Meade County to investigate a complaint that a neighbor was firing a shotgun at their house. Upon arrival, Troopers learned that 75-year-old Robert A. Voight of Vine Grove, fired several shotgun rounds at his neighbor's house across the street. Several shotgun pellets were discovered in the neighbor's home which had penetrated the siding. According to Voight, he had a dispute with his neighbor two to three years ago. Voight stated that he had drunk some beers and decided to retaliate by shooting his house. There was a 22-year-old male and a 17-year-old male outside of the residence when the shots rang out. Voight was arrested and charged with two counts of Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree and lodged in the Meade County Detention Center. Tpr.
