Born Wednesday, June 20, 2012 in Lincoln County, KY he was the son of Albert and Lillian Weaver Shirk of Liberty, KY. He died Monday, October 8, 2012, in Casey County, KY, at the age of 3 months, 18 days. Survivors include his parents and grandparents, Jason and Susie Shirk of Liberty, KY, and Titus and Mary Weaver of Pennsylvania; and a sister, Priscilla Shirk of Liberty, KY.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Anne Weaver Shirk.
