Lindsey Wilson students 'Rock the Vote' Click on headline for full story w/photo(s) By Duane Bonifer News from Lindsey Wilson College COLUMBIA, KY - Lindsey Wilson College students "rocked the vote" Thursday night, October 4, 2012, on the college's Campus Quadrangle. The college held a "Rock the Vote" event to encourage students to register to vote and to also provide information about this fall's general election. Following a picnic and concert by two members of the Kentucky indie rock band the Smithhawks on the Campus Quadrangle, LWC students heard from Syrus from MTV's The Real World: Boston, who spoke to several dozen students in V.P. Henry Auditorium. Thursday night's event was sponsored by the LWC SGA, Student Activities Board, Responsible Alcohol Values through Education, Resident Life, Young Democratic Socialists and College Republicans.
