KSP seeks information on death of Adair Co., KY man

Foul play suspected in death of 50 year old Wendell Pyles of Columbia, KY, whose body was found last night, Wednesday, September 26, 2012, in the vicinity of Tarter Gate Company off US 127 in Casey County, KY

LIBERTY, KY - Troopers and Detectives from Post 15 have been involved in a death investigation since Wednesday night, September 26, KY. KSP was notified at approximately 10:04pmCT, by the Casey County Dispatch that a body had been found at the Tarter Gate Company off of US 127 in Casey County. 50-year-old Wendell Pyles of Columbia, KY was identified as the deceased and foul play is suspected. KSP is asking that if anyone saw any suspicious vehicles, persons or activity around 10pmET in the vicinity of Tarter Gate on US 127 to please contact them at 1-800-222-5555. Callers may remain anonymous. The investigation is ongoing and additional details will be released at a later time.
