Brandi Powell, of Columbia, KY, was crowned 2012 Miss Preteen Casey County Apple Festival, last night, Friday, September 14, 2012 in Liberty, Kentucky. Brandi is the reigning Miss Preteen Adair County. Brandi will advance to compete in the Miss Preteen Kentucky County Fair Pageant in Louisville, KY, Friday-Saturday, October 19-20, 2012 Brandi is the daughter of Buddy Powell and Debra Biggs of Columbia, and the granddaughter of Kay Powell and Joyce Biggs of Columbia, KY. - Terry Powell
