Loeta Rowe Hoover Heath, 78, Adair Co., KY (1934-2012)

She was the matriarch of a large, highly regarded family. She leaves 28 direct living descendants. She was a member of Bible Baptist Tabernacle in Campbellsville, and owner and operator of Hoover Camper Sales in Anderson, Indiana for several years

Loeta Rowe Hoover Heath age 78 years of Campbellsville, KY formerly of Adair County passed away Tuesday September 4, 2012 at 10:52amCT, at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY.

Funeral services are Friday, September 7, 2012 at 1pmCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY, with Pastor Bob Cutler officiating. Interment will be in Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY. Visitation after 4pmCT, Thursday, September 6, 2012, at the funeral home.


Loeta Rowe Hoover Heath, 78, Adair Co., KY (1934-2012)


She was born on April 16, 1934 in Adair County, KY She was the daughter of the late Lennis and Essie Janes Rowe. She died Tuesday September 4, 2012 in Elizabethtown, Hardin County, KY, at the age of 78 years, 4 months, and 18 days.

Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Neal Hoover on April 4, 1978. Survivors include her husband: Russ Heath of Campbellsville, KY, and the following:
  • Two daughters: Debbie Symmes and husband Jim of Columbia, KY, and Kathy Hinds and husband Lonnie of Jamestown, TN

  • Two sons: Rickey Hoover of Louisville, KY and Dennis Hoover of Campbellsville, KY

  • Two brothers: R.D. Rowe of Daleville, IN, and Coy Rowe of Florida

  • Two sisters: Ceophus Burris of Texas, and JoAnne Anderson of Texas.

  • Ten grandchildren

  • Fourteen great grandchildren

  • Several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends
She was a member of Bible Baptist Tabernacle in Campbellsville, owner and operator of Hoover Camper Sales in Anderson, Indiana for several years.
