Helen Louise Bryant Tiller, 80 years of the Sano Community, in Adair County, KY passed away suddenly, Wednesday. August 29, 2012 at 7:53pmCT, at the Westlake Regional Hospital Emergency Room in Columbia, KY

Funeral services will be Saturday, September 1, 2012 at 10amCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY with Rev. Richie Curtis officiating. Interment will be in the Freedom Cemetery, 576 Freedom Church Road, Columbia, KY. The family request visitation after 4pmCT, on Friday, August 31, 2012, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary.




Helen Tiller, Adair County, KY. (1931-2012)


She was born September 29, 1931 in the Sano area of Adair County the daughter of the late Elzia and Nola Cravens Bryant. She died , Wednesday. August 29, 2012 in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 80 years, 11 months.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Tiller on December 7, 1996, and by one son, Bobby Tiller on November 18, 1958 and by two brothers Tommy Bryant and Kenneth Bryant and by a son in law, Rev. Doug Wilcoxson.

She is survived by the following:
  • Her children: Janet Corbin and husband Ronnie of Columbia, KY' Ronnie Tiller and wife Sharon of Columbia, KY; Michael Tiller and wife Linda of Columbia, KY' Linda Cook and husband Ronald of Columbia, KY; Regina Pinkerton and husband Daniel of Warren, IN

  • One brother: Walker Bryant of Columbia, KY

  • Six grandchildren

  • Two step grandchildren

  • Eight great grandchildren

  • And six step great grandchildren
Mrs. Tiller was a homemaker.
