Mark Twain Exhibition is Saturday, August 25, 2012 In addition to visiting bands, Adair County High School Band will perform at 8pmCT, debuting in their new unforms and Lindsey Wilson Marching Band will perform at 8:30pmCT By Teresa Bright The Mark Twain Marching Band Exhibition will start at 3:45pmCT, Saturday, August 25, 2012, at the Adair County High School Football stadium, 623 Indian Drive, Columbia, KY. Fourteen bands from the surrounding area and State will meet in exhibition performance, with the event beginning at 3:45 pm CT. This year's line-up features at least 8 bands that have been a state marching band finalist. The Adair County Band will perform in exhibition beginning at 8pmCT, while debuting their new uniforms. Lindsey Wilson College's Blue Raider Band will conclude the evening performances at 8:15pmCT Admission is $8.00, and the Adair Band Boosters will be selling concessions throughout the afternoon. The Boosters also will be drawing for a winner for a new Holland Grill & Patio Set as part of a raffle series. Those tickets are $10.00 and can be purchased at the event.
