Old fashion baptizing held at Sulphur Creek today, July 29, 2012 Click on headline for story and photo(s) By Fran Neat A baptizing service was held at Sulphur Creek Rd., Sunday, July 29, 2012 at 12pm noon CT, by the Millerfield Brethren in Christ Church. Three young people were baptized into Christ, Brandon Garland, Toby Green and Trista Willis. Praise the Lord! The service was conducted by Rev. Richard Lehman of Millerfield Brethren in Christ along with Bro. Willard Bryant. The event, with almost 50 people in attendance, many with a "balcony" view from above along the rail of the bridge, others gathering closer up on the creekbank, brought back many thoughts of how things used to be - like a stroll down memory lane. - Fran Neat This story was posted on 2012-07-29 21:23:00
