He was a member of a large, highly regarded East Adair County, KY, family. He leaves three direct living descendants. Mr. Bryant attended the Freedom Separate Baptist Church, he was a retired farmer and a monument sales representative for many years.

Paul Woody Bryant, age 79 years of Russell Springs Road Columbia, KY(the Ozark Community) died suddenly Sunday, July 15, 2012 at 10:32pmCT, atthe Westlake Regional Hospital Emergency Room.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at 1pmCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY. Rev. Carlie Riggs and Rev. Ronnie Campbell will be the officiating clergy. Interment in the Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY.The family request visiting after 4pmCT, on Tuesday, July 17, 2012, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.



Pallbearers: Chris Bryant, Edwin Bryant, Ronnie Bryant, Houston Price, Charlie Roy,Lilburn Roy, and Bruce Wilson.

Honorary Pallbearers: Kenneth Bryant, Donald "Buck" Campbell, Jessee Cook,Kenneth Cowan, Chuck Hendrickson, Eldon Kinnett, Danny Reeves, Dennis Reeves,James Louis Reeves, and Leslie Sinclair Jr.

He was born March 4, 1933 in the Ozark Community the son of the late:Lander and Lula Tucker Bryant. He died Sunday, July 15, 2017, in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 79 years, 4 months, and 11 days.

He is survived by his wife, Mable Ruth Green Bryant, of Columbia, KY, and the following:
  • One daughter: Linda Kinnett and husband David of Columbia, KY

  • One grandson Brandon Kinnett and wife; B J of Columbia, KY

  • One great granddaughter: Destiny Kinnett

  • And host of friends and family
He was preceded in death by a special cousin Opal Tucker Bryant.

Mr. Bryant attended the Freedom Separate Baptist Church, he was a retired farmer and a monument sales representative for many years.
