2012 crop acreage reports due July 16, 2012 The Farm Service Agency reminds farmers the final date to complete a crop acreage report for the 2012 crop year is July 16, 2012. Farmers who participate in U.S. Department of Agriculture programs through the Farm Service Agency should file a crop acreage report annually to retain program eligibility. Farms that fail to file an acreage report timely would be charged a late filing fee after July 16 to remain eligible for USDA benefits.
