Donald James Moxley, age 66, of Edmonton, KY, died Friday June 29, 2012 at the Southern KY Hospice Facility in Bowling Green, KY

A celebration of Life service will be 5pmCT, Sunday, July1, 2012, at the Fairview Baptist Church, 2588 Fairview Church Road, Smith's Grove, KY with visitation starting at 2pmCT, until service time at the church.

He was a Navy Veteran, retired police officer of Hollywood, FL., member of the Fairview Baptist Church in Smith Grove, KY.

He is survived by his wife Carol Moxley of Edmonton, KY, and the following:
  • One son: Michael Moxley of Hollywood, FL

  • Two brothers: Frank Moxley of Washington State, and Richard Moxley of Georgia
He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Evelyn Futrelle Moxley.
