Ed Whitfield's Office WASHINGTON, DC - U.S. Rep. Ed Whitfield (KY-01), Chairman of the House Subcommittee on Energy and Power, today announced that the Cumberland Family Medical Center is being awarded a grant for $608,333. from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. "This grant will help provide more access to medical services for the people of this area," Whitfield said.
