Frances Hope Tarter, Casey County, KY (1921-2012) She was the beloved matriarch of large, respected family. She had retired after a career as a self-employed beautician and was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church Frances Hope Tarter, 90, left her earthly life and was reunited with loved ones in her heavenly home on Wednesday evening, June 6, 2012. Funeral services will be conducted 2pmET/1pmCT, Sunday, June 10, 2012 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Jim Brown officiating . Visitation will be at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 6pm8pmET/5pm-7pmCT, June 9, 2012. A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Danville Memorial Gardens. Frances Hope Tarter, Russell Co., KY native (1921-2012) She was born Wednesday, Friday August 5, 1921, in Russell County, KY. She was the daughter of Fred and Gertrude Robertson. She died Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at the age of 90 years, 10 months, and 1 day. Hope had retired as a self-employed beautician and was an active member of the Liberty First Baptist Church. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Artise R. Tarter; her siblings, Mildred Smith, Freeda Wilson, Felton Robertson, Geneva Reeves; and her son, Randy Meece. She is survived by the following:
