Election: Primary, May 22, 2012 Adair Co., KY

Mark Polston carries Western Counties of Adair, Russell, and Casey, but heavy turnout in Pulaski makes Chris Girdler the winner in the Republican Primary Election, and with no opposition in the general election, the next 15th District 15 Kentucky State Senator, succeeding Adair County native Vernie McGaha. Word from Russell County is that incumbent Circuit Court Clerk Tony Kerr won re-election easily.

2012-05-22 - Trinity Fellowship Hall, Columbia, KY - Photo by Tiffany Hadley Kessler.
Don't forget to VOTE today! We always enjoy seeing Mr. George Keltner and the other friendly faces when we vote at the Davenport Center. Kasey Blue, 14 months, hasn't missed an election since he's been born - teaching him early how "we the people" voice our opinion. Holding him is his father, Eddie Kessler. Kasey Blue even received an "I Voted" sticker for helping his parents! (Photo taken by proud mamma Tiffany Kessler. Tiffany
