Two injured in 3-vehicle Marion Co., KY collision By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY LEBANON, KY - Tpr. J. Houk is investigating a collision that occurred Friday, May 18, 2012, at approximately 4:45pmET. 47-year-old James Lanham of Gravel Switch, KY, was operating a 1996 Toyota pickup, traveling east on US 0068. The vehicle topped a hill crest and struck a 2005 Chevy, operated by 29-year-old Mindy Garrett of Lebanon, KY in the rear. Garrett was stopped in the roadway waiting for a 1994 Plymouth, operated by 36-year-old Rachel Lewis, to turn left onto Hourigan Lane. Garrett's vehicle struck the Lewis vehicle. Lanham (not belted) and Lewis (belted) were transported to Springview Hospital in Lebanon, KY, where they were treated for non life threatening injuries. Garrett (belted) was not injured. Tpr. Houk was assisted at the scened by Marion County EMS and the Marion County Sheriff's Department.
