Graveside services were conducted Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at BrooksideCemetery, West Main Street, Campbellsville by Rev. Shaun Caudill.

He is survived by his parents, Andrew and Shannon Blair, Campbellsville, KY, and the following:
  • Paternal grandparents: Roger and Donna Blair, Campbellsville, KY

  • Maternal grandparents: Richard and Regina Russell and Madonna Russell, Campbellsville, KY

  • Paternal great-grandparents: Christine Dix and Montie Blair, Campbellsville, KY

  • and several aunts and uncles.
Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY, in charge of arrangements.
