Driver cited after single vehicle injury Casey Co., KY, accident By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY LIBERTY, KY -Tpr. Bryan Shepard is investigating a collision that occurred today at 8pmET, 6 miles south of Liberty on KY 501. 38-year-old Norman Kilmer of Liberty, was traveling north in a 2007 Ford when he ran off the roadway. Kilmer was injured and transported to Casey County Hospital in Liberty, KY, by EMS. Kilmer was not wearing a seatbelt and was admitted due to his injuries. He was cited to court for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs 1st Offense.
