Absentee Voting Machine open starting 10amCT, May 2, 2012 An absentee voting machine will be open in Adair County Court Clerk Sheila Blair's office in the Adair Annex, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY, for otherwise qualified Adair County voters who will be out of Adair County on election day. The machine will be available during regular 8am-4pmCT office hours Monday-Friday, May 2-21, 2012. and on Saturdays, May 5, 12, and 19, 2012, from 8am-12pm noon CT. The Adair County Election Commission, Ben Loy, Democrat; Billy Curry, Republican; and Adair County Sheriff Harrison Loy, ex officio make up the election board and will supervise the opening of the machine.
