KSP Post 15 arrests 2 in Tompkinsville on meth lab charges By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY COLUMBIA, KY - 53-year-old Rosemary Huckleby and 31-year-old John Casey Bryant, both of Tompkinsville, KY were arrested Wednesday, April 25, 2012, at around 3pmCT at 5950 Glasgow Road in Tompkinsville, KY and charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine. Trooper Daniel Stephens responded to the residence with the Monroe County Sheriff's Department after receiving information that the two were manufacturing the illegal drug. Bryant was also charged on a warrant with being a Fugitive from Another State out of Tennessee and Flagrant Non-support. Both were lodged in the Monroe County Jail.
